On the map is marked: Top Rabat Pictures - The ancient imperial city of Rabat, basks in the sun reflecting of the Atlantic Ocean. With its 1.700.000 inhabitants, Rabat is the capital of Morocco and the second most important city after the larger Casablanca.
On the map is marked: Tour Hassan (Tower) - Begun in 1195 and never finished, the beautiful Hassan Tower or Tour Hassan is the minaret of an incomplete mosque in Rabat. The 44m project of the tower has been inspired to the Koutoubia Mosque in Marrakech.
On the map is marked: Mausoleum of Mohammed V - The Mausoleum of Mohammed V (Le mausolée de Mohammed V) is the Moroccan King's tomb, which contains also his two sons, King Hassan II and Prince Abdallah. The Mausoleum is located on the opposite side of the Hassan Tower, between stands hundreds of columns: the mosque ruins.
